It is a great time starting off December to remind ourselves of the little accomplishments and the little joys we have in our experiences. Time to stand proud in the decisions of 2018 and clear our minds (not so much our plates just yet) of the weight which is not our to bear. If I can be of assistance with my hands of Reiki with a twist do not try and resist the urge. It is beneficial to us both and I honor my work being done with you.
